He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.” Matthew 13:31- 32

Courageous Advocacy is more than considering those less fortunate than ourselves and far more than raising money for charities. Courageous Advocacy refers to the act of speaking out against an issue of injustice, often on behalf of those whose voices are not heard. Speaking out, at whatever level this takes place, requires an element of courage – sometimes even a great deal! Becoming a courageous advocate for change involves being informed about an issue and moves beyond simply knowing, to saying and doing. As courageous advocates we must embody an ethos of action-taking, challenging injustice and becoming agents of change in the transformation of ourselves, our relationships and our communities from the local level to the global.

We take the safety and welfare of all our school communities very seriously.

The Fosse Multi Academy Trust and all of its schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
